Nick Saban speaks about Bryce Young’s demeanor, Brian Robinson’s status ahead of Ole Miss

To win as a freshman quarterback in the SEC takes a certain personality type and demeanor. Alabama coach Nick Saban has described how Bryce Young fits that description.
“It starts off with Bryce,” Saban said on the SEC coaches media teleconference on Wednesday. “He’s got a great disposition as a quarterback. He’s very poised as a person and that’s how he plays the game. … You always coach your guys to be that way, but it’s always good when you have a guy who is that way.”
Speaking of the offensive backfield, Saban offered an update on RB Brian Robinson ahead of the Ole Miss game on Saturday.
“BRob’s been great,” Saban said. “He’s looked good and practiced well. We’re encouraged he’ll be able to play on Saturday.”
