Nick Saban updates Alabama's injury situation for 3 players to start fall camp
Nick Saban held his annual media day press conference Saturday morning.
Alabama opened up fall camp Friday afternoon.
Saban updated the Tide’s injury situation to start fall camp. Defensive lineman LaBryan Ray has an ankle injury and should be back in a week or so. Tight end Miller Forristall has a foot injury and should be back in a couple days. Defensive back Nigel Knott has some “medical issues.” There’s not timetable for his return.
Per AL.com, Ray and Forristall had procedures done and are expected to be limited for the first couple of weeks to start fall camp. However, it appears that Ray and Forristall will be ready for the opening game against Duke on August 31.
Knott is more of a depth player for the Tide, assuming he can return.
