Alabama WR/TE Mac Hereford, a preferred walk-on from the class of 2016, tweeted photos of his recent visit to the Rise School in Tuscaloosa with Alabama early enrollee QB Mac Jones.

The Rise School is especially accommodating to special needs children, and takes the unique approach of integrating special needs children with typically developed children in the same classroom and learning environment, providing speech, music, occupational therapy and other services.

While giving back and spending time with school children is not a competition, it’s especially impressive that in less than two months at Alabama, Jones has already found time to give back to his new community.
