Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt just bestowed the ultimate compliment to two of his former players as he named his newborn son after former Crimson Tide linebackers Ryan Anderson and Reuben Foster.

The two linebackers must have left quite the impression on Pruitt, as he was only their defensive coordinator for one season after, ironically enough, swapping towns with former Alabama defensive coordinator, now-Georgia head coach Kirby Smart.

It will be interesting to see if this time next year Pruitt has another child named Da’Shawn-Minkah Pruitt.
