Report: Alabama hosting former 5-star Villanova guard for visit
Former Villanova PG Jahvon Quinerly didn’t have a great first year of college basketball and decided to try his luck elsewhere.
Now, the 5-star guard from New Jersey is on the open market, and he’s looking for his next school.
On Sunday, it was reported that Quinerly was paying a visit to new Alabama coach Nate Oats in Tuscaloosa:

Quinerly played in 25 games for the Wildcats this past season, averaging 3.2 points and just under one assist in 9.1 minutes per contest.
Villanova didn’t work out for Quinerly, but he is still a very talented player, so it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up. Alabama could be a very intriguing fit for him, and he still has three years of eligibility left.
