The Alabama Crimson Tide won the 2018 National Championship Game in thrilling fashion, coming from behind against Georgia to claim their fifth title in the Nick Saban era.
Now, the Tide will make the familiar trip to Washington D.C., where they’ll visit president Donald Trump at the White House.
According to a report on Thursday, that White House visit will take place on April 10:
My personal White House Correspondent @smeghaniAP reports Nick Saban and the National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide will visit the White House on April 10.

This is Alabama’s first title in the Trump era. The Tide won four championships during the Obama administration — literally half of the eight years he was in office.
Saban is quite familiar with the trip, but for some of his young players and new assistants, this will be a great honor.
