Social media reacts to Alabama's shutout win against LSU in Tiger Stadium
It was supposed to be a heavyweight fight. Instead it was a lopsided blowout.
The opponent was ranked No. 3 by the College Football Playoff selection committee and No. 4 by the Associated Press Top 25. The college football world found out LSU is a long ways from No. 1.
Alabama’s dominate primetime showing had plenty of people weighing in on social media. Here is a small sampling of the social media reaction to Alabama’s 29-0 win in Death Valley:

I regret saying that I would lay only three touchdowns with Alabama tonight. I should have laid 4. #ThatsOnMe

The national championship should just be an Alabama inter squad scrimmage https://t.co/OAQbe3skXV

This might be a future @OldTakesExposed post, but this Alabama team might just be the best college football team of all time.

I’d take Alabama over the Oakland raiders any day

14.5 point favorites on the road against the #3 ranked team in the country, Alabama covers and shuts them out #RollTide

Alabama will win the National Championship again this year. I just don't believe Georgia has the defense to stop them in the SEC Championship. 13 is too good.
