Sterling Dixon is staying in his home state to play for Alabama. The blue-chip prospect from Mobile announced his pledge to the Crimson Tide on Thursday.

Dixon collaborated with Touchdown Alabama Magazine for a “Friday”-inspired commitment video posted to YouTube.

Dixon is listed at 6-3, 211 pounds. He is rated 4-stars, the No. 13 recruit in the state of Alabama, No. 16 edge defender and No. 211 prospect overall in the 2024 recruiting class on the 247Sports Composite.

At this stage in his recruitment, Dixon has picked up scholarship offers from 30 schools. He pledged to the Crimson Tide over offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and others.
