On Friday night, former Alabama star LB Reuben Foster was arrested on charges of marijuana possession.

It wouldn’t have been a crime for the San Francisco 49ers rookie if he was still in California, but Alabama still hasn’t legalized marijuana.

On Saturday morning, the Tuscaloosa Police Department released Foster’s mugshot, as well as a statement providing a few more details about Foster’s arrest:

Foster appeared in 10 games for the 49ers as a rookie this year, recording 59 tackles and defending one pass.

Foster helped the Crimson Tide win the 2015 College Football Playoff title and three SEC titles during his time in Tuscaloosa.

He was released from jail on a $2,500 bond.
