Incredible hype always comes with the territory when a recruit is regarded as a five-star star prospect, not to mention the top overall recruit in the country – as many peg running back Najee Harris to be. The current Alabama commit looks to be next in a long line of successful backs to suit up to play for Nick Saban in Tuscaloosa.

In his latest game against Lincoln High School, Harris showed off his playmaking ability on both sides of the ball last weekend.

247Sports Composite Ratings rates Harris as the No. 1 overall recruit in the nation.

Over the last two seasons, Harris has rushed for 5,007 yards and 59 touchdowns. Despite being committed to the Tide, Michigan, USC and UCLA have not given up recruiting the 2017 U.S. Army All-American; however, given Alabama’s status as RBU, why would Harris go anywhere other than Alabama?
