There’s a chance Alabama may have a former UFC champion supporting Nick Saban’s program in the years to come as the Crimson Tide recently extended a scholarship offer to a quarterback prospect in the 2025 recruiting class.

West Palm Beach native Davi Belfort recently shared that Alabama offered him a scholarship during his recent trip to Tuscaloosa.

“Wow after a great conversation with Coach Saban I am beyond blessed and grateful to have received a scholarship to the University of Alabama! Most importantly thank you to God, my family, @chrisflores0321 my coaches, and teammates,” Belfort shared online.

If that name sounds familiar, Davi is the son of former UFC heavyweight champion, Vitor Belfort.

While it may be some time before he’s ready for college, Davi already holds one of the most coveted scholarships a prospect could hope for at a young age.
