The Atlanta Falcons got off to a rough start offensively on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings as they were the last team in the 1 p.m. ET window of NFL games to score. But former Alabama WR Calvin Ridley helped them get on the board with an athletic touchdown catch late in the game.

Ridley made a 20-yard catch along the sideline at the goal line as he dove into the end zone with 9:19 left in the fourth quarter. That cut the deficit to 28-6.

With less than 5 minutes remaining, Ridley had 3 catches for 48 yards on 4 targets.

Ridley had a big rookie season in 2018 for Atlanta with 64 catches for 821 yards and 10 TDs. The Fort Lauderdale, Florida native was taken in the first round, 26th overall, by the Falcons in the 2018 NFL Draft.
