Jermaine “Funny Maine” Johnson is back for another week recapping the SEC’s biggest Week 3 games.
Week 3 saw Alabama handily beat Colorado State 41-23, but things get tougher for Alabama as SEC play starts. The Tide go on the road next week at Vanderbilt, and the Commodores just beat a top 25 Kansas State team, their first win against a ranked non-conference opponent since 1946.
No doubt the biggest play from Saturday was Florida’s Hail Mary TD against Tennessee, but the biggest surprise was Mississippi State absolutely dominating LSU 37-7 in Starkville. It was a bad (and ugly) loss for the Tigers.
