The big question in Tuscaloosa this offseason is whether Jalen Hurts or Tua Tagovailoa will be the Alabama starting quarterback in 2018.

On Saturday, the Crimson Tide held their spring game, with Tagovailoa sitting out and Hurts looking less than stellar. However, the third-string quarterback, Mac Jones, had a big game and earned co-MVP honors for the game.

After the contest was over, RB Damien Harris was full of praise for Jones, saying he likes the work Jones has been doing while everyone talks about Hurts and Tagovailoa. Immediately after saying that, a reporter asked Harris about… who else? … Hurts and Tagovailoa. As you can see in the video below, he had the perfect exasperated reaction to that question:

Obviously, it is unlikely that Jones will win the starting job this year, but he looked good on Saturday afternoon.

As long as he keeps playing well, coach Nick Saban and OC Mike Locksley will certainly keep noticing.
