Former Alabama DB Eddie Jackson is having himself a day for the Chicago Bears against the Carolina Panthers.

After scoring on a 75-yard fumble recovery in the first quarter, Jackson was at it again in the second quarter, snagging a tipped Cam Newton pass out of the air and taking it 75 yards for his second touchdown of the day.

As you can see in the video below (shared by @_MarcusD2_), Newton tries to force a pass to WR Kelvin Benjamin, but CB Prince Amukamara has tight coverage and the ball pops in the air.

Then Jackson, a rookie fourth-round pick, snags it and takes it to the house, showing some nice moves and great speed along the way:

Jackson’s big first half is already special, as the stats below signify:

Jackson’s two touchdowns have the Bears leading the Panthers 14-0 early in the second quarter. We’ll see if the former Alabama star can keep making plays the rest of the game.
