Nick Saban is one of the greatest coaches in college football history, and the five-time national champion isn’t done yet.

Leading No. 1 Alabama to a 7-0 record hasn’t been easy, especially with what Saban calls “rat poison” — positive media coverage.

It’s tough to keep a team that’s undefeated motivated and hungry, but Saban has done a great job with it so far.

So, what keeps Saban motivated? It’s simple, as he explained to Tim Tebow on SEC Nation on Saturday morning:

“Well, you know, I just hate to lose,” he says with a shrug. “I mean, it’s as simple as that.”

With Saban at the helm, Alabama will continue to dominate, as the legendary coach will keep the Crimson Tide focused.

Saban doesn’t make a habit out of losing, and the Tennessee Volunteers will likely be his next victim on Saturday afternoon.
