Though Nick Saban continues to insist that both Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts are the co-starters for the Alabama Crimson Tide, everyone knows who the real quarterback is.
Tagovailoa got the start on Saturday against Louisville and had the better numbers all game long, leading the Tide to a 51-14 victory.
On Sunday, SEC Shorts did a hilarious parody of an Alabama fan, with the fan pretending to honor Saban’s words while simultaneously praising Tagovailoa:
It’s true — Tagovailoa seems to be the guy, but Hurts is still going to get some playing time as the year goes on.
Everyone in Tuscaloosa seems to know Tagovailoa is the QB1, but Saban is still steadfast in his refusal to admit it.
