Trent Richardson could never really find his place in the NFL, but he’s playing very well in the new Alliance of American Football for the Birmingham Iron.

On Sunday afternoon, in a 28-12 win over the Atlanta Legends, Richardson was a star, as the former Alabama great powered his way to three touchdowns on the afternoon.

Below, you can see one of his three scores, a power attack on a third-and-goal play:

Here’s another, from five yards out:

Richardson continues to be a big part of the Birmingham offense, and that is likely to continue with how well he’s playing.

The Iron are 3-0 now and look to be one of the best teams in the AAF, and that’s thanks in large part to Richardson’s efforts.
