The Arkansas Razorbacks have added an elite pass rusher via the transfer portal.

Anton Juncaj took to social media to announce that he is committing to the Razorbacks on Friday. Juncaj comes from FCS-level Albany. The pass rusher led the FCS in solo sacks with 15. Juncaj finished the season with 55 tackles and 21.5 tackles for loss.

Here’s his announcement:

The pass rusher was one of the best remaining defenders in the portal. Juncaj received offers from Maryland, Houston, and Oklahoma State, among others, before deciding on the Razorbacks. Juncaj credited Deke Adams, Arkansas’ defensive line coach, with getting him to sign on at Arkansas.

The Razorbacks will be thrilled to have Juncaj signed up after losing a ton of talent to the portal. Chris Paul Jr., Jordan Crook, Anthony Booker, and Jaheim Thomas are just some of the defenders the Razorbacks have lost this offseason.

Juncaj has 1 year of eligibility remaining in college.
