After picking up a huge home win over No. 17 Mississippi State on Saturday, Arkansas picked up another victory on the recruiting trail.

Braylen Russell, a 6-1, 225-pound class of 2024 running back, announced his commitment to the Razorbacks via Twitter on Sunday morning after committing to the Arkansas staff on Saturday night.

Russell, who stars at Lakeside High School in Hot Springs, Arkansas, becomes the first member of the Razorbacks’ 2024 class.

He was on hand Saturday for Arkansas’ win over the Bulldogs on Saturday. The Razorbacks had been the first Power 5 program to offer him a scholarship.

Here’s a look at some highlights of Russell in action.
