Sam Pittman added a support member to his staff recently, and it was confirmed on Twitter by the assistant.

Jesse Stone tweeted, “Headed to the Hill! Thankful for @CoachSamPittman and the opportunity to be an Arkansas Razorback again! We are excited to be home! #WPS #Yessir”

Stone is expected to be an assistant director of player personnel for the Hogs. Stone is an Arkansas alumnus who played at Arkansas Tech. He spent the 2019 season as a quality control member of the offensive staff with the Miami Hurricanes.

Before Miami, Stone worked with Pittman at Georgia as a graduate assistant, where Pittman coached the offensive line. Stone worked with Georgia quarterbacks as a graduate assistant.

Stone graduated from Arkansas in 2015, and he was a quarterback at Arkansas Tech in 2010. As a player, he also made stops at Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College and Ouachita Baptist. Rion Rhoades is the linebacker coach for the Razorbacks, and he was formerly the head coach at Hutchinson.

During his two years at Arkansas, he worked under Miami offensive coordinator Dan Enos.
