Myles Slusher did not make the trip to Missouri, and is no longer with the Razorbacks, a team representative reported on Friday.

Slusher was a starting defensive back, but had a tumultuous season with injuries that kept him out of 4 games, and then he was suspended for the LSU game. If Slusher plans to get a fresh start, the transfer portal opens on Dec. 5.

In terms of production, Slusher in 6 games made 28 tackles and 1 tackle for a loss.

Last season, Slusher played in 11 games with 7 starts, made 50 tackles (33 solo) with 3.0 tackles for loss, including 0.5 sacks. He finished tied for second on the team with 2 interceptions. In 2020, he played in 6 games and made one start at dimeback where he totaled 15 tackles (9 solo) with 1.0 tackle for loss. He tied for the team-lead with 2 fumble recoveries.

He was a 4-star recruit coming out of high school, and Slusher was the No. 5 safety in the country by 247Sports. He was ranked second in the state of Oklahoma by 247Sports.
