Arkansas fans torch Razorbacks after whopping number of penalties

There are numerous reasons why Arkansas has struggled in its road matchup against Georgia on Saturday. But perhaps none was more frustrating to Razorbacks fans than the team’s penalties.

With a little more than 5 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, Georgia had a 34-0 lead at Sanford Stadium. At that point, Arkansas had 13 penalties for 101 yards, which made it tough for the Hogs to try to stay competitive with the Bulldogs.

Not only that, but Arkansas even got called for 3 penalties on the same play. That’s not something you see happen too often.

As the Razorbacks headed toward their first loss of the year, fans took to Twitter to voice their frustrations about the team’s penalty issues:
