Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson addresses fans in Razorback Stadium this fall

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to muddy the plans for the 2020 football season. Will it start on time? Will there be fans in attendance? Those are the big questions.
In Arkansas, governor Asa Hutchinson said he is counting on fans being allowed to attend games at Razorback Stadium this fall.
During an appearance on “The Paul Finebaum Show” on Tuesday, Hutchinson said the only question is what size the crowds will be:

It does seem there has been plenty of positivity in the fight against COVID-19 recently, so having a limited-capacity crowd this fall isn’t as crazy of an idea as it might have once seemed.
We’ll see what the plans are as we move toward the season in September.
