Arkansas’s Mason Jones downs Georgia Tech in overtime with banked three-pointer

The Arkansas Razorbacks found themselves in a tough situation in overtime at Georgia Tech.

The Hogs trailed 61-59 and hadn’t scored a single point in the overtime period entering the game’s final seconds. Fortunately for them, the Yellow Jackets had only managed 2 points in that time.

As you can see below, things looked bleak, as G Mason Jones was forced to throw up a desperation three-pointer just before the buzzer. However, the shot banked off the backboard and went in, giving the Hogs a wild 62-61 victory:

Jones finished with a game-high 24 points, adding 6 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 assists.

The Hogs improved to 6-0 with the win.
