Arkansas QB Cole Kelley was arrested early Sunday morning for suspected DWI after the Razorbacks lost to LSU on Saturday afternoon.

On Monday, coach Bret Bielema addressed Kelley’s arrest, saying the redshirt freshman wouldn’t be practicing with the team this week as he awaits a Wednesday court date.

Bielema added that Kelley would be suspended for Saturday’s game against Mississippi State and will be out indefinitely:

Kelley received some playing time in Saturday’s loss, even though senior starter Austin Allen made his return from a shoulder injury and resumed his starting role.

However, if Allen re-injures his shoulder, or anything else, on Saturday, the Razorbacks will have some tough decisions to make about who to play at quarterback.

Sophomore Ty Storey will likely serve as Allen’s backup moving forward.
