Arkansas is trying to even up the weekend series vs. Vanderbilt. After falling behind, the Razorbacks are battling back with Cayden Wallace providing quite the spark.

Wallace’s impact was felt from the get-go. He led off the bottom of the first for Arkansas with a solo shot on a bullet to left field.

The Commodores answered back after pushing 5 runs across in the 3rd inning. After getting one run back, the Razorbacks headed to the bottom of the 4th down 5-2.

That is when Arkansas roared back for the lead. The Razorbacks pushed across 4 runs in the inning, punctuated by a 3-run blast by Wallace. It gives him his second of the game and gave Arkansas a 6-5 lead.

Now in the bottom of the 6th, the Razorbacks are holding an 8-6 lead. A win would allow Arkansas to knot the weekend series after dropping a heartbreaker in extra innings on Friday.
