Former Arkansas QB Cole Kelley announces transfer destination
QB Cole Kelley had an up-and-down tenure with the Arkansas Razorbacks, losing the starting job to Ty Storey this year.
Following the season, he announced that he was going to transfer away from Chad Morris’s program, and on Saturday, he named his new team.
As you can see in the tweet below, Kelley will head back to his home state of Louisiana to join the Southeastern Louisiana University squad:
I would like to announce that I will be going back home to Louisiana to play football for Southeastern Louisiana University. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and I can’t wait to begin the next chapter of my life back in this great state! Go Lions! #Chapter2 pic.twitter.com/qlCB5y83Iw

Kelley was a redshirt sophomore this season, so he’ll have plenty of time to play for SE Louisiana and try to become the starter there.
This season, Kelley threw for 455 yards, five touchdowns and five interceptions.
