Former Arkansas RB Darren McFadden had some trouble making it to the Dallas Cowboys’ charter flight on Saturday, so now he’s on the clock as he tries to get to California for the start of training camp.

The ex-Razorback has until 2 p.m. on Sunday to report, according to SportsDay, or else he’ll face a fine for being late.

The Cowboys hold their summer training camp in Oxnard, California, and McFadden is now responsible for paying his own airfare to get there.

Coming off a year in which he appeared in only three games due to injury, McFadden needs a strong training camp to work his way back into the Cowboys’ backfield rotation.

With last year’s star Ezekiel Elliott returning for year two, McFadden will be relegated to a backup role, but could still be valuable if he’s fully healthy.
