Isaiah Sategna delivered a big play for Arkansas with an 88-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Sategna only needed to miss 1 near tackle as he benefited from great blocking to build Arkansas’ lead to 14-0 early in the first quarter. Sategna’s punt return touchdown is Arkansas’ longest since Joe Adams’ 97-yard punt return touchdown against Ole Miss in 2010.

Arkansas later surrendered a touchdown as the Cougars converted on a trick play. WR Parker Kingston scored with a 37-yard touchdown pass to Deion Smith.

Coming into the game, the Arkansas defense had not allowed a touchdown yet, and was allowing just 245.5 yards per game, which equates to 18th in the country.

Sategna gave a burst to an offense that was without Rocket Sanders, as AJ Green was expected to get a bulk of the carries for Arkansas after he ran 15 times for 82 yards against Kent State.
