Jadon Haselwood’s first score in a Razorbacks uniform was hard earned.

Quarterback KJ Jefferson hit Haselwood with a  back shoulder throw, which he rose up and nabbed before taking a huge hit between three Cincinnati defenders.

The Razorbacks and Bearcats were in the middle of a rock fight before Sam Pittman and Cincinnati head coach Luke Fickell decided to adjust. Cincinnati started connecting on its throws, scoring 17 points to tie it up following Haselwood’s snag.

Haselwood was a strong receiver at Oklahoma. He totaled 39 receptions for 399 yards and 6 touchdowns under Lincoln Riley and staff. He announced he was set to transfer following Riley’s departure to USC.

He has  a pair of receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown in his Razorback debut.
