John Calipari is a high-profile head coach who will be at the center of a 6-part docuseries by VICE Sports that will dive into his first season at the helm of Arkansas basketball.
“Calipari: Razor’s Edge” will premiere on Monday, Feb. 10 at 10 p.m. ET on VICE TV.
The 6-part documentary will closely chronicle Coach Calipari, showing unprecedented behind-the-scenes access and exclusive interviews to provide an intimate look at the Hall of Fame coach as he tries to get the most out of this Razorbacks team in the ultra-competitive SEC. It also will document the winding road that led the former Kentucky coach to Fayetteville.
Meanwhile, on the court, the going has been very tough for Calipari in his first season at Arkansas, as the Razorbacks are off to an 0-5 start in the SEC. Calipari had the Hogs at 11-2 in the non-conference portion of the season going into conference play, but the SEC’s remarkable strength this season has gotten the best of Arkansas so far.
It doesn’t get any easier for the 11-7 Razorbacks, who will look to finally get their first conference win on Wednesday night at home against Georgia. The game will tip off at 9 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
