Arkansas may not be scheduled to play at Notre Dame for another 218 days but the game time for the Razorbacks’ trip up to South Bend has already been set.

The Razorbacks open the 2020 season in Fayetteville against Nevada on Saturday, Sept. 5 — the kickoff for that game is still to be determined — but the following week, Arkansas travels to Notre Dame for the first major test of the Sam Pittman era.

The nation will be watching as the Week 2 showdown between Arkansas and Notre Dame will be broadcast nationally by NBC with the game kicking off at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12.

If you thought the hype for Pittman’s program was building now, just wait and see what happens if the Razorbacks knock off Notre Dame on the road.
