Since coming over from the Seattle Seahawks in 2017, former Arkansas RB Alex Collins has been great for the Baltimore Ravens.

After rushing for nearly 1,000 yards last season, he had 411 yards and a career-high seven touchdowns this year before going down with an injury.

Now, it appears that foot injury is going to cost him the rest of the season, as he was placed on injured reserve on Saturday:

In Collins’ absence, Gus Edwards has stepped into the starting role nicely, but the Ravens will be happy to get Collins back next season.

He’s become a valuable part of their offense and we’ll see if he returns to full strength next year.
