Sam Pittman understands how dangerous the Alabama offense is, and it starts with Bryce Young.

On the SEC coaches media teleconference, Pittman pointed to all the ways Young is talented and how he makes it very difficult to face the Crimson Tide.

“Outstanding. Can make all the throws. So smooth,” Pittman said. “Runs the offense outstanding. Very, very dangerous with his feet. For him to do what he’s done, to me, is just incredible. We’re very, very concerned about him and a lot of the guys they have on offense. He has led that team and done and outstanding job. He’s what an Alabama QB is, to me — a winner.”

Pittman and the Razorbacks take on Alabama this week, and he outlined the keys to pulling the upset.

“We have to play solid football. You can’t turn the ball over, can’t have special teams blunders,” Pittman said. “You have to stay in the game. We’re going to try to go down there and execute. We know it’s going to be a loud crowd. … You can’t really make it about Alabama as much as we make it about us and the things we have to do. Those things being be good with the football, convert third downs, get them off the field on third downs and be strong on special teams.”
