WATCH: Trey Flowers proves he still knows the words to Arkansas fight song
New England likely would not have advanced to Super Bowl LIII without the help of the team’s outstanding defensive end, Trey Flowers. During his Monday media availability, Flowers proved that while he has moved on from his Arkansas playing days, the school still remains a part of who he is as he prepares to compete in the biggest football game of the year.
An All-SEC selection back in 2013, Flowers was selected in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Patriots and has been a key member of Bill Belichick’s defense ever since. Having already won a Super Bowl championship with the franchise, Flowers will be going for his second title with the team this weekend when the Patriots take on the Rams.
While opening night of the Super Bowl is set for media obligations, Flowers still had some fun during his availability on Monday.
Check out Flowers attempt to sing the Arkansas Razorback fight song on Monday night, while he hesitates for a moment, he gets it in the end.
