WATCH: Chad Morris discusses brief interactions with Frank Broyles, what the legendary coach meant to him
On Tuesday, the Arkansas Razorbacks released a documentary about late coach Frank Broyles, who led the Hogs to the 1964 national title.
Current coach Chad Morris has yet to see the documentary, but said on Tuesday that he’s excited to sit down and watch it.
As you can see in the video below, Morris said he met Broyles on a couple of occasions, describing how he used to idolize the Arkansas legend:

“As a high school coach, you always idolize different coaches,” he said. “You admire the work that they did, and Coach was one of those guys. I had an opportunity to shake his hand in passing, and I thought that was the coolest thing.”
Now, Morris will try to lead the Hogs to the heights they achieved under Broyles. It won’t be easy, but Morris is eager to get his first season underway.
