Arkansas began the turnaround that led to a win over Colorado State on Saturday a week ago in the time immediately after the loss at Ole Miss. That was the opinion of coach Chad Morris.

“Ain’t it fun to win,” Morris said in the locker room. “Ain’t it fun to walk back into the club, with the club dub going? Let me tell you, though, you had to win in the fourth.”

Morris then reminded the Razorbacks about the team culture, and how mental and physical toughness had to prevail in the fourth quarter as the Razorbacks reeled off 21 unanswered points.

“We started winning this game last Saturday night when we stepped off that field,” Morris said. “It did nothing, but confirm all week long. … This was a huge win for this program, make no mistake. Momentum is wearing an Arkansas jersey.”

Arkansas next week plays host to San Jose State.

“Let’s get ready to get another next week in our place,” Morris said.
