What Sam Pittman said about being picked last in the SEC West
The SEC preseason media votes came out on Wednesday and, to the surprise of no one, Arkansas was picked to finish in last place in the SEC West.
The Razorbacks haven’t won an SEC game in 2 seasons now, so being picked last was expected, but first-year head coach Sam Pittman hopes to prove some folks wrong this year.
On Wednesday’s edition of “The Paul Finebaum Show,” Pittman said he’s not surprised the Hogs are picked last, but he and his players hope to change things:
"We've been last in every poll we've ever seen so far so we're not surprised…certainly we hope to change it."

Arkansas has a tough test in Week 1, as the Hogs will play host to Pittman’s former boss Kirby Smart and the top-5 Georgia Bulldogs.
Can the Hogs avoid an 0-10 season? Pittman has some talent to work with in Fayetteville, so we’ll see what happens this fall.
