Arkansas lost for the 3rd consecutive time, as the Razorbacks fell to Texas A&M, 34-22, on Saturday in Arlington, Texas.

It was an especially tough day on the offense, as the unit couldn’t get anything going. Quarterback K.J. Jefferson struggled through the air, as he was only 9-of-17 for 132 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception.

As bad as the passing offense was, the ground game was especially bad. The Razorbacks ran the ball 29 times for only 32 yards. Raheim Sanders carried the ball 11 times for only 34 yards.

It was a tough game all-around for Arkansas, but coach Sam Pittman is still optimistic this team is going to stay together.

After the game, he talked about the injuries the team is dealing with, as well as tight knit of a group as this team is. He also commented on the status on John Morgan, who left the game with an injury and was transported to the hospital.

The schedule doesn’t get any easier as the Razorbacks have 2 consecutive road games at No. 20 Ole Miss and at No. 12 Alabama. Kickoff against Ole Miss next Saturday is at 7:30 pm ET, and the game will be aired on the SEC Network.
