5-star running back Tank Bigsby committed to Auburn in August but continued to receive interest from plenty of other schools. The No. 4 running back in the 2020 recruiting class revealed Tuesday that will end.

Bigsby announced on Twitter that he is shutting down his recruitment, thus staying committed to Auburn.

Standing at 6-feet tall and 210 pounds, Bigsby is the 27th-ranked prospect in the entire 2020 class according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He is also considered the No. 4 prospect in Georgia.

Bigsby received interested from just about every SEC school, including Alabama, LSU and Georgia, so this is a major recruiting win for Auburn. 247Sports reports he received 31 offers from Power 5 schools.

With early National Signing Day approaching, Auburn’s 2020 recruiting class sits at No. 8 in the nation and fifth in the SEC. Bigsby is the top-rated player and only 5-star prospect for Auburn in the class.
