An Auburn sophomore defender revealed Friday night that he tore his ACL.

Defensive tackle Jeremiah Wright shared the news on his Snapchat story, as reported by Nathan King of 247Sports. King further reports that the injury occurred during the Tigers’ Thursday scrimmage and was diagnosed Friday.

A former offensive lineman recruit out of Selma, Wright made the move to defense last fall and contributed in six games. Wright had 3 tackles in the Citrus Bowl against Northwestern.

Per King, Wright had been working with the starters this spring.
