Auburn defensive lineman removes his name from NCAA transfer portal
Auburn DL Marquis Robinson decided to enter his name into the transfer portal earlier this offseason, looking elsewhere ahead of the 2022 season.
But, on Wednesday, the Tigers got some good news.
Entering the portal doesn’t mean you have to leave your current school, and Robinson apparently had a change of heart, opting to remain at Auburn for the 2022 campaign:
Auburn defensive lineman Marquis Robinson has officially withdrawn his name from the transfer portal.
The former four-star recruit had one tackle against Georgia last season.

Robinson was a 4-star recruit in the 2021 recruiting class, choosing Auburn over a number of other schools.
He played against Georgia last season, recording 1 tackle for a loss. We’ll see if he can work his way into a bigger role this coming campaign on The Plains.
