Auburn fan takes to Nextdoor to complain about Walmart being biased against Tiger supporters
If you’ve ever been on Nextdoor, you know things can get crazy with all the local drama people post.
Well, boy, do we have a doozy for you today, as one Auburn fan has called Walmart out for discriminating against Auburn fans.
Per a post shared by AL.com’s Michael Casagrande, the “evidence” comes in the form of the Eastwood Walmart having “loads of Bama Christmas items,” but nothing for Auburn:

It sounds like the customer service department person who spoke with this angry Auburn fan didn’t understand what was going on.
Welcome to the Iron Bowl rivalry, Walmart. Best not to anger either side.
The amount of sensitivity in this country is astonishing. I promise you can find all the barner gear you want in Birmingham within a stone’s throw of that walmart.
Unfortunately, we have an ignorant AU fan that doesn’t understand that it is a compliment to not be prominently featured at Walmart. They are catering to the 85% with all that Bama gear.
Yeah. I mean they don’t just let anybody into auburn fandom – its an elite minority.
I wonder if he tried looking in the dumpster out back
Lol
Auburn fans shop at target
Walmart has had a long history of hosting the University’s trophy collection, life sized saban cutouts (cheaper to make than most other cutouts) and all the bammer merchandise you’d want. Most Bammers don’t own cars that can make it from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa. And if they do, they’d have no clue what direction to drive since most of them didn’t attend college there
LOL
Most Auburn fans get their gear from higher end stores.
Kroger?
