Auburn and its fans are the subjects of the latest “SEC Shorts” sketch.

The Saturday skit from the SEC Network focuses on a Tiger fan who stopped watching Auburn football after the team almost lost to Georgia State early in the 2021 season. A fellow Auburn fan catches him up to speed, letting him know Bryan Harsin’s squad has since picked up wins against LSU in Death Valley (ending the curse), No. 17 Arkansas on the road and No. 10 Ole Miss while Bo Nix is playing better than ever.

After learning Auburn football is “back,” the gardening fan rips off his shirt to reveal a jersey, declaring he never left.

Auburn takes on Texas A&M Saturday afternoon in a key battle to stay alive in the SEC West race. The game is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
