Auburn honors legacy of Rod and Paula Bramblett a year after their tragic deaths
A year ago today, Auburn radio broadcaster Rod Bramblett and his wife, Paula, were tragically killed when their car was struck by a speeding driver.
The deaths left a big hole in the Auburn family, and their memory is still being honored a year later.
As you can see below, Auburn tweeted out a video celebrating the lives of the Brambletts, featuring many of Rod’s greatest calls:
One year ago, we lost an Auburn Legend.

Andy Burcham, a longtime friend of the Brambletts, is the new Voice of the Tigers, and served in that role after Rod’s death last year.
Still, the legacy of Rod and Paula lives on in Auburn, even a year after the tragic crash.
