Auburn made a big addition to its 2024 recruiting class of Wednesday afternoon.

The Tigers picked up a commitment from 4-star defensive back Jayden Lewis. He made his announcement on National Signing Day for the class of 2023.

Lewis is one of the top high school prospects in the state of Alabama, regardless of class. He’s the No. 264 overall player and the No. 24 cornerback in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 17 player from the state of Alabama.

He attends Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama. He’s listed at 6-foot, 175 pounds.

Lewis is the 2nd future prospect to commit to Auburn on Wednesday. The Tigers also earned a commitment from defensive lineman Malik Autry in the class of 2025.

The Tigers now have 2 commits in their 2024 recruiting class. Lewis joins 4-star cornerback A’Mon Lane, who has been committed to Auburn since July of 2022.
