Bryan Harsin continues to impress with the coaching staff he has assembled on The Plains as the Tigers have just added a support staffer with an impressive resume.
Former Auburn assistant Ryan Smith is returning to The Plains to work as the program’s new director of player personnel. Smith previously worked for North Carolina under Mack Brown.
During his time at North Carolina, the Tar Heels signed back-to-back top 15 recruiting classes.
Smith previously worked under Gus Malzahn at Auburn but following the move of Ryan Trichel from director of player personnel to director of recruiting operations, Harsin had a new position to fill within the program.
