The Auburn Tigers are set to take on the Georgia Bulldogs on Wednesday night, but both teams will be a bit short-handed.
When the two teams met earlier in the season, the Tigers earned a 93-78 home victory, but a lot has changed since that matchup.
On Wednesday night in Athens, the Tigers will be without key big man Austin Wiley, who hasn’t been himself since missing time with a leg injury earlier this year:
Auburn spokesperson has confirmed Austin Wiley (right lower leg) will not play tonight vs. Georgia. Bruce Pearl listed him as “doubtful” on Tuesday. Wiley didn’t make the trip.

Meanwhile, the Bulldogs will be without their second-leading scorer — forward Rayshaun Hammonds:
Rayshaun Hammonds isn’t playing for Georgia tonight against Auburn. Hammonds has a walking boot in his right foot.
Hammonds, a sophomore forward, had started every game this season.

In the first meeting between the teams, Wiley had nine points and four rebounds, while Hammonds had nine points, 10 rebounds and four assists.
Tipoff is set for 9 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on ESPNU.
