Conference play has caught up with Auburn after a brilliant start to the season. The Tigers are now 3-3 in their last 6 games after previously posting a 19-game winning streak.

On Saturday, it was a loss to Tennessee in Knoxville as the Volunteers mounted a strong second-half performance. That gives Auburn 3 straight losses in road games vs. Arkansas, Florida and Tennessee.

The silver lining for the Tigers is that they still maintain a 1-game lead in the SEC standings. Kentucky, Arkansas and Tennessee are lurking in a 3-way tie for second, but Auburn can secure the regular-season SEC title with wins against Mississippi State and South Carolina.

After the loss to Tennessee, head coach Bruce Pearl said the Tigers are not about to push the panic button.

Pearl went on to say Auburn will trust each other and trust their process:

While the regular-season title is one thing, Auburn will try to regroup and be better prepared for the SEC and NCAA Tournaments right around the corner.
